Basic Info
Will and Will NOT draw:
- Will draw: single portraits or characters, fanart, illustrations
- Will NOT draw: mecha, NSFW, and furriesTurnaround time:
1. It will take me approximately 4 days in minimum. However, please do note that it all depends on the queue.2. RUSH ORDERS are accepted but will have an additional +60% of the original price.
PAYMENT and REVISIONS
Payment
1.) Payment of 50% must be given before the start of the commission, and the other 50% must be made before I hand over the commissioned piece, unless otherwise full one-time payment is agreed upon by both commissioner and client.
2.) Refunds are NOT allowed once I start the commission UNLESS either the client or artist has decided to cancel the commission with a valid reason, at which point I will give you a refund depending on the progress of the canceled piece.
3.) Mode of payment can be through GCash (recommended for PHP), Paymaya, Paypal, Payoneer (recommended for USD)-
Revisions
1. 1st revision after receiving the full commission can be requested for FREE unless it doesn't require anything big and major (please DM or email me)
2. Major revisions will have an additional fee depending on the complexity.
3. Additional items will have an additional payment depending on their size.
RIGHTS
Rights of the COMMISSIONER (ArawBulaklak)a. I reserve the right to decline any commission request;
b. I can use the commissioned work in my portfolios, commission sheets, and any of the likes;
c. I can post it anywhere online (only for art commissions);
d. I can also include my signature or watermark in the artwork; and
e. I can change the price anytime BUT not when there is an ongoing commitment with a commissioner.
f. I can edit the Terms of Service at any time. However, commissions before I edited the Terms of Service will still follow the Terms of Service at the time of the commission.-
Rights of the COMMISSIONEE (You)a. The finished commission is for PERSONAL USE only
b. CAN and CAN'T/s:
-You CAN: print the artwork or send it to another person as a GIFT (but please don't tamper with my signature). You may also post the piece online and use it as your profile picture. It is requested, however, that you include my social media handle (@_arawbulaklak) on your post or your bio—but if I can't be tagged, please include my brand (ArawBulaklak) or website (https://arawbulaklakph.carrd.co) in any way instead.
- You CANNOT: claim the piece as your own work, use it for commercial use, remove my signature or alter the artwork in any shape or form.-
OTHER NOTES:â–» Reproduction of any commissioned pieces without the artist's permission will be in violation of the Republic Act No. 8293 of the Philippines.
